Tasks of the board
- Organizing events like the annual book fair, the MdZ stand at the school fete and the christmas market;
- Liaising with the school management on library issues;
- Supporting the language sections;
- Overseeing the finances of the association;
- Communicating with parents on MdZ activities.
Do you want to help the board?
- Translating texts, especially EN to FR, EN to DE, FR to EN, and FR to DE - please state which language combination(s) you can offer!
- Editing (correcting) texts in DE, EN and FR - please state your language(s)!
- Helping with the website (putting texts and photos online, modifying the information)
- Marketing of events and meetings (book fair, AGM), e.g. by putting posters to the school entrances or distributing them in the schools
- Helping with the book fair organisation and the MdZ summer fete stand
- Promoting MdZ at parents’ evenings and other events (APEEE meeting etc.)

| Tasks of the language sections
MdZ is divided into several linguistic sections. Each section has a section coordinator who, like other parents working for MdZ, serves on a voluntary basis.
Do you want to help the language sections
- Checking the library, identifying books that require repair and making sure the repair is done
- Selecting and purchasing new books
- Registering, labelling and covering books
- Participating in the book fair stand (almost all sections participate)
- Supporting the section treasurer to ensure all classes transfer the annual contribution to the section account.
